The Twin Screw compounding

摘要

The combination of an injection molding press and a twin-screw compounding extruder is a new development for processors. The Twin Screw compounding is combined with injection molding to benefit molders. The primary reason to combine compounding & injection molding is to control fiber length by minimizing fiber breakage, as longer fibers lead to higher part properties.
