If the authorities give the go-ahead, flexible insulation and engineering foams specialist Armacell (Luxembourg; www. armacell.com) could have a new owner soon. In late 2015, private equity funds managed by Blackstone (New York / USA; www.blackstone.com) and Kirkbi (Billund / Denmark; www.kirkbi.com) reached a deal to acquire the group from Charterhouse Development (London / UK; www. charterhouse. co.uk).
