Neste Oil to swing from ETBE production to MTBE on better margins

London-Finland's Neste Oil plans to convert the production at its oxygenate plant from ETBE to MTBE due to better MTBE production economics."We are 99% sure that we will convert our ETBE facility to MTBE production," a Neste Oil source said March 5.The plant at Porvoo,will produce its first MTBE before the end of March,the source said.
