New supplies of Iraq's Kirkuk crude at the Turkish port of Ceyhan are likely to be sold in an open tender,an official from Iraq's State Oil Marketing Organization said Mar 5."It is a possibility that we will tender the oil,and if that happens the tender will definitely be open," the SOMO official said.
