Iraq's State Oil Marketing Organization has issued a tender to sell 4-mil bbl of Kirkuk crude from the Turkish Mediterranean port of Ceyhan.market sources said June 20.The crude is for July 1-10 loading,sources said.Bids are due June 27 at 1700 GMT.Buyers typically lift between 1-and 2-rnii bbl at any one time,market sources added.
