Kuwait's three refineries were shut down following a power outage Jan 12 at about 10 p.m.local time (1900 GMT) from a power plant operated by the Ministry of Electricity and Water,a senior Kuwait oil official told Platts."The power cut from the MEW affected all three of our refineries.
