摘要

The integrated research project initiated in 1980 by the Chair of Harvesting performance data for 1996 are reported for the TRINOVA II harvester in Chardonnay, Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13, Riesling, Carmenere, Riesling italico, Verduzzo, Cabernet Francand Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards trained to the free moveable cordon (FMC) system. The harvester registered an average drive speed of 2 km/h and 6-7 h/ha with a 3-man crew (2 for harvesting, 1 for grape loading). Damage to vines was notably low (2% broken spurs), as was yield loss on the vines and to the ground (3% overall). The quality of harvested berries was excellent, with little free must (average 3-4%) and no impurities. The vertical shakers of the TRIVONA II detach the grapes mostly as individualberries, although in the Riesling italico and Verduzzo vineyards over 50% of the grapes were harvested as bunches or parts thereof. The yield and quality data (10-20 t/ha and 17-21degree CBrix, respectively) confirmed the suitability of FMC-trained vines for harvesting by the TRINOVA II harvester.
