关于高中教师心理健康现状及其影响因素的综述

摘要

探讨高中教师心理健康现状，并对其影响因素进行总结。结论显示：影响高中教师心理健康的因素主要有应对方式、职业压力、社会支持。 In this present study, a review was performed to explore mental health status of high school teachers. In addition, the factors influencing mental health of high school teachers were discussed. Conclusions showed that factors affecting the mental health of high school teachers were mainly coping, occupational stress and social support.
