In the present paper, 26 cases of primary dysmenorrhea were treated with acupuncture at Guanyuan (CV 4), Zhongji (CV 3) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6). Results. showed that after only two ses- sions of treatment, 16 cases were cured, 8 improved and 2 ineffective, with an effective rate of 92 /100.
