In "Bots at Work," Laurie Penny explored how automation will disproportionately affect men's jobs, pushing them into professions that are traditionally female. And "The Unbreakable Lexi Alexander" profiled the director, a martial artist turned Oscar nominee who's the only woman to direct a Marvel adaptation. The future, it seems, is about being brave enough to try something different, whether that's men doing more teaching and caregiving or women kicking some serious ass.
