At the launch of any enterprise, a company's business plan typically defines its purpose, outlines how it will attract customers and generate revenues, offers detailed cash flow forecasts and assumptions and provides estimates of future financing requirements.Despite the best efforts, however, often market conditions shift. Sometimes what made sense in the start-up stage doesn't any longer -the strategic vision changes in order for the company to survive, or because more attractive opportunities become available. When this occurs, creative thinking is required to keep the corporation headed towards prosperity.
