I wish my trash and recycling collector was as forward-thinking as our friends at Anheuser-Busch. In the Michigan township that I now call home, my hauler collects everything curbside. Well, almost everything. Not glass. No big deal, right? Wrong. I've learned that recycling participation is all about education, ease and repetitiveness. For years, I've placed glass, plastics, cardboard and paper at the curb.
