A new high-speed domino circuit, called HS-Domino has beenndeveloped. HS-Domino resolves the tradeoff between performance andnreliability in conventional CD-domino logic while dissipating lowndynamic power with minimal area overhead. HS-Domino, therefore, extendsndomino's operation in the deep submicron regime. A multithresholdnimplementation of HS-Domino is also devised to achieve substantially lownleakage values during standby, while maintaining high performance andnlow power during the active mode. Furthermore, the genericnmultithreshold scheme is applied to differential cascode voltage switchn(DDCVS) logic
