AT least one major oil and gas project in Vietnam has been postponed amid dire market conditions with another potentially set to be delayed, although the joint venture owners of the Sao Vang-Dai Nguyet scheme are pressing ahead with the development. The postponed project is Jade-stone Energy's Nam Du-U Minh gas development, which the Singapore-based operator said the delay was due to "current market conditions" and was necessary to maintain its balance sheet "in these uncertain times".
