観光振興の視点における交通パスの国際比較: 外国人旅行者の利便性評価に着目して

摘要

東京を含む世界12都市を対象に、観光振興の視点から交通パスのサービス内容を外国人旅行者の利便性評価に着目して把握し、利便性向上施策の特徴を抽出した。また、背景となる都市特性、交通事業者の特性をふまえた考察を行い、東京における課題として、価格設定、グループ利用への考慮を提示した。%The role of transport pass in light of tourism promotion was analyzed focusing on the convenience of the pass as evaluated by international tourists. Contents and styles of the pass of twelve cities in the world including Tokyo were considered, as well as the characteristics of each city and its transport business background. The cities with distinctive approaches to enhancing the convenience were selected from the survey of the current status of service level of transport pass from a global perspective. The study identified that the price level, considering group size and length of stay should be key priorities of Tokyo for improvement.
