After 30 years working on the Melbourne trams and at the age of 67 and with 51 years and four months in the workforce, Hugh Waldron will retire from Yarra Trams on 30 September. Except for the first three and half years, with Coles, ANZ Bank in Sydney and Myer in Hobart, Hugh then spent the remaining 47 and half years in transport related jobs.
