Mr Paul Scurrah, CEO of QR has moved to freight operator QRNational. Mr Jim Benstead, currently Chief Financial Officer, will be acting CEO until a replacement is found. Downer EDI Limited announced the appointment of Mr Philip Garling to the position of Non-executive Director, effective on 24 November 2011. Mr Garling has over 30 years' experience in infrastructure, construction, development and investment. He is Chairman of Asian Giants Infrastructure Fund and a Director of Australian Renewable Fuels Limited, Diversified Utility and Energy Trust and The Infrastructure Fund of India, development arm of Lend Lease.
