Germany buying more Talents'

DB has placed another order for 'Talent 2'articulated EMUs, this time for the Leipzig area S-Bahn, the Mitteldeutsche network. The 51 new units will have air-conditioning, generously-spaced seating, multi-use areas for bicycles, prams and push-chairs, and retractable steps for easy access from platforms. There will be specially-designed seating areas for families with children. This order bring DB's purchase of Bombardier Talent 2'units to 287 sets.
