With a flick of his wrist, the commanding general of Kandahar Airfield (KAF) ignited a new era of environmentally-conscious waste disposal on the airfield. Brig. Gen. Scott Dennis, USAF, had the honor of opening the new Deep South Waste Yard in a unique manner-by turning on the incinerators.
