ELI welcomes Chandra L. Middleton as our new Director of Associates Programs. Chandra graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in anthropology and a minor in biology. She then took her academic knowledge to the field, conducting biological diversity studies in Tanzania before attending Lewis & Clark Law School. After an internship at the Center for International Environmental Law, Chandra graduated in 2004 with a JD and a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law.
