Since animated characters have become significant components of entertainment and advertising, using them in the classroom can become another tool for reaching students who have visual and kinesthetic learning styles. Students can relate concepts that they see daily to their learning process. Using animation and teaming skills allows students to experience information and communication technologies in a way that is both engaging and educational. Students learn to work in teams and solve a multitude of problems through the creation of animations. Animation is just one more tool that can be used to emphasize and understand the importance of planning and teamwork in creating solutions to information and communication challenges. Animation can be used to engage learners of all ages in a wide variety of educational environments. Students can use these techniques to better delineate, communicate, and share their ideas in numerous subjects. In addition, the techniques learned while creating animations foster creative thinking and improve students' planning and interpersonal skills.
