Engineering a New Course for Women

Over the past 30 years, hundreds of studies have proven that if girls are encouraged to pursue an education in math- and science-based curricu-lums, they will perform every bit as well as boys - even better in some cases. And, while we know that girls are every bit as capable of forging careers in tech-based industries, their progress has been slower than that of their male counterparts.
