Fourth Annual SOLEIL Users' Meeting and Workshops

The fourth SOLEIL Users' Meeting was held on January 21 and 22, 2009, at Ecole Polytechnique in Palaiseau, France. One year after the official opening of the SOLEIL synchrotron located south of Paris, this meeting was the occasion to get the latest information on the machine status, beamline progress, and scientific results. Two satellite workshops were simultaneously organized to extend users' overview on synchrotron radiation applications related to X-ray spectroscopy of Magnetic Solids (XRMS09) and structural studies and imaging in life science (BioOrbit).
