Clean Coal Technologies Inc. named Robert Liscouski to its board Sept. 20 and announced the retirement of board member Edward Jennings due to health reasons, effective immediately. Liscouski is a visiting fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, a Washington, D.C., think tank, and served as a member of the Intelligence Science Board supporting the director of the CIA and the director of national intelligence, according to a Form 8-K filed Sept. 21. President George W. Bush appointed Liscouski as the first assistant secretary for infrastructure protection when the U.S. Department of Homeland Security was founded in 2003.
