Official Says India Will Continue to Use Coal, Stresses Need to Develop Clean Technologies

"It will face tremendous pressure at climate change negotiations."rnIndia has proposed setting up "technology innovation centers" around the world to research and to disseminate information on clean-coal technologies, Saran said.
