As part of its ongoing effort to improve cross-governmental services, the General Services Administration has released a new report citing lessons learned from three successful intergovernmental programs. A key finding of the study, "The Challenging Road to the Government of the Future: Intergovernmental Management Issues and Directions," is that risk management may be the single most important element in managing a multi-agency initiative.
