摘要

Oligonucleotides (ON) with bases sequences complementary (antisense) to a specific RNA offer the exciting potentiel of selectively modulating the expression of an individual gene. However, crucial problems such as the stability of ONs in relation to nucleases activity in vitro and in vivo and the low penetration into cells have to be solved. Thus, the development of particulate carriers for ONs delivery may be considered as being an interesting approach to improve the in vivo efficacy of these molecules by protecting them against degradation and by increasing their delivery into the cell interior (9). This paper will review two types of polyalkylcyanoacrylate colloidal systems (nanospheres and nanocapsules) which were developped in the laboratory for improving the administration and transport of ONs.
