摘要

Titanium dioxide (TiO_2) nanoparticles in the anatase form and a hydrolytic product of (3-aminopropylntriethoxy)silane (Si~NH_2) were used to design nanocomposites bearing DNA fragments. The properties of the nanoparticles and nanocomposites were studied. It was shown that the nanoparticles are promising vehicles for the delivery of DNA fragments into cells.
