摘要

A general principle of speed control is proposed to compensate for speed deviations when rolling strips according to which the rolls are subaccelerated by a designated deceleration value before the metal is bitten into. Two speed-control systems are considered: one with preliminary subacceleration of the rolls and one with subacceleration at the moment of bitting the strip by the rolls. Characteristic oscillograms are presented, and the results of introducing the systems into a 2500 rolling mill are reported.
