A new approach to records management with the Information Workplace Platform

Purpose - This case study aims to set out the challenges faced by the Department for Education (DfE) in managing information and encouraging collaboration. The DfE has restructured its systems and delivered the Information Workplace Platform (IWP), in order to encourage better collaborative working and improve the success of its records management processes.
