In the cabinet reshuffle announced on October 3, Ruth Kelly MP was succeeded as Secretary of State for Transport (RB1327 p10) by Geoff Hoon, MP, formerly Chief Whip and Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury. Following the departure of Tom Harris MP, the ministerial team at DfT now comprises Minister of State Lord Andrew Adonis, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State Paul Clark MP and Parliamentary Under Secretary of State Jim Fitzpatrick MP (below).
