Thameslink compensation improved

FCC has announced a ￡10m plan to undertake rolling stock modifications and provide improved compensation for passengers following the serious disruption to Thameslink services at the the end of 2009 which continued into the New Year, as industrial action by drivers was followed by the effects of severe weather.
