John McFarlane is to step down as Chairman of FirstGroup plc at the company AGM in July 2015, as a condition of assuming the position of Chairman at Barclays plc next year. Sue Kershaw has been appointed as Director of Rail for Europe at CH2M Hill. She was formerly Director of Programme Management at Gros-venor Britain Et Ireland, and previously Deputy Director of Transport at the Olympic Delivery Authority.
