Chris Carson has been appointed as Operations Director at DB Regio Tyne & Wear. He joins the operator of the Tyne & Wear Metro from Virgin Trains where he was Head of Business Change. Francois Gauthey has taken up the post of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Groupe Eurotunnel. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer in charge of Corporate Services (RBI493 p10). Formerly Business Development Director at Chiltern Railways, Graham Cross has been appointed Concession Transformation Director at Arriva Rail London with effect from May 9. Also joining the mobilisation team to prepare for the handover of London Overground operations from LOROL on November 13 (RBI508 p1) is Will Rogers, previously Production Director at Crosscountry.
