Formerly Chief Executive of Public Transport Victoria in Australia, Mark Wild has been appointed as Managing Director of London Underground. He is due to join TfL in June, until when LU Finance Director Andrew Pollins will be Acting Interim Managing Director, succeeding Nick Brown. Partner Martin Fleetwood led the team from law firm Shoosmiths which advised Porterbook Leasing on the master lease agreement with Arriva Trains Northern (RB1507 p4). It also advised the ROSCO on leasing contracts for all nine fleets operated by Northern, an agreement for refurbishment work and a direct agreement with DfT.
