Deputy Director James Howies has been promoted to UK Director, Infrastructure, at SNC-Lavalin Rail ft Transit. He succeeds lain Court who is now Business Development Director. Within the Infrastructure team, Principal Consultant Steve North has joined SNC-Lavalin from GE Power Conversion where he was Senior Project Manager. Michael Brown has been appointed as Rail Subject Matter Expert at Petrotechnics. He was recently seconded from Balfour Beatty Rail to Network Rail's Planning and Delivering Safe Work programme (RB1485 p3).
