Jacobs to acquire CH2M Hill

Jacobs Engineering Group lnc announced on August 2 that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the outstanding shares of CH2M Hill Companies Ltd. The cash and stock transaction has an enterprise value of US$3-27bn, including approximately US$416m of CH2M net debt.
