As August approaches the next major FAI event on the international competition calendar looms ever closer. The European Championships this year will be held in Kapfenburg-Steiermark, Austria starting at the same time as the British Power Nationals. The UK team for this year of Richard Christopher, Kevin Caton and John Harrop have no doubt been busily preparing themselves for this prestigious event. The amount of work required should not be underestimated; having one model fully prepared, trimmed and backed up with all spares required is the usual workload for an aspiring team pilot.
