The carrying strap (1) with a hand loop, especially for windows and frames (R), has a fastening (30) detachably fixed to it by screwing or hooking, and is folded to form a larger and smaller loop. The larger loop (11) serves as the hand loop, and the smaller loop (21) is orientated on the other side of the hand loop and sizewise is constructed as an eye loop for the hooking in of the hook of a shoulder strap. The end of the eye loop may be doubled over for fastening.
