Most F3A pilots will be familiar with the name of Bryan Hebert and in particular his well researched and documented methods for trimming model aerobatic aircraft. His Triangulation method is a structured approach to trimming models and deals with the interaction of centre of gravity, thrust line and the relative incidences of the flying surfaces. The pilot is shown how to identify set-up problems by flying through specific tests. Once a deficiency is identified various options are suggested with the knowledge that other issues may well be present in the model's set-up.
