On 19 January the branch gave a warm welcome to Cliff Lea, European product manager with Fuchs Lubricants, who gave a fascinating presentation on one of today's most pertinent subjects. With thought being given these days to the world's dwindling resources, and to the problems of global warming caused partly by oil, the speaker gave an alternative view on the use of biodegradable lubricants manufactured from renewable resources.
