Hartmann acquires Lindor business from P&G

German manufacturer of medical and hygiene products Hartmann Group has acquired the Lindor business from Procter & Gamble (P&G). Lindor is a renowned brand of adult incontinence products in Spain and Portugal. Hartmann now owns all P&G assets associated with the Lindor product portfolio (Lindor, Salvacamas, Lindor Care, Lindor Pants) including Intellectual Property, contracts with employees, and a 25,000 m~2 manufacturing facility in Montornes, Spain.
