The Hartmann Group, an international supplier of medical and hygiene products, will acquire Procter & Gamble's Lindor brand of adult incontinence products sold in professional channels in Spain and Portugal. The transaction will likely take place by the end of the second quarter of fiscal year 2017 and is subject to approval by local antitrust authorities. As part of the agreement, Hartmann will obtain all P&G assets associated with the Lindor product portfolio (Lindor, Salvacamas, Lindor Care, Lindor Pants), intellectual property, contracts with employees and a 25,000-square meter manufacturing facility in Montornés, Spain.
