BAM off the mark in Glasgow tenant race

BAM Properties has signed Brodies as the first tenant in the race to fill three speculative Glasgow office schemes. The law firm will take 25,000 sq ft at the 143,000 sq ft 110 Queen Street (above), when it is completed in 2015, moving from Blythswood Square in the city. It will pay around £28.50/ sq ft for one and a half floors, on a 15-year deal with a break after 10 years.
