CBRE finds new outlet for talents

Land Securities has appointed CBRE to advise on the letting of its planned designer outlet scheme at the 02 Arena in London's Greenwich. Eric Eastman, executive director at CBRE who focuses on luxury retailers, has been brought in by the REIT to try to attract high-end brands to the location, in light of its good transport links to the West End, and the success of outlets at Wembley and Ashford. In January LandSecs signed a six-month exclusivity agreement with AEG, the owner of the venue, to work up plans for the scheme.
