Accounting for the characters of internal talent migration in China, we get three principal components by factor analysis method, which include three factors: talent effective condition, talent basic condition, and geographical distance. Then we establish multivariate regression model of internal talent migration concerning the three factors, and carry out statistical test. The model results show that talent emigration is significantly and positively related to talent effective condition and talent basic condition, but is negatively related to geographical distance, which is not significant. Considering inherent structure of talent, we find that the migrant of the highly skilled with master degree or doctor degree is less significantly and positively related to talent effective condition, and only the migration of manpower with specialized secondary diploma is more significantly and negatively related with geographical distance.
