Sir, I am pleased to see that the government is considering bringing enterprise zones back to life (propertyweek.com, 07.03.11). All too often, the media and the public jump on the bandwagon against anything that involves tax breaks of any kind, stating that they are only good for the rich. As managing partner of a firm that has been involved in tax planning and, in particular, enterprise zones for many years, I strongly believe this could not be further from the truth.
