CHARTERED MANAGERS PROVED TO BOOST BUSINESS

Chartered Managers add an average of £362,176 in value to their organisations during their tenure, reveals a study. The investigation into the impact on employers that accredit their managers with the leading management Kitemark found that Chartered Managers were likely to act in ways that improved organisational performance. More than two-thirds (68%) of the managers surveyed said that they had made significant savings or performance improvements by devising and implementing new ways of working.
