What do a cogeneration plant, wastewater treatment plant, geothermal system and free compost have in common? Answer the city of Klamath Falls, in south-central Oregon. This community of about 19,000 residents will soon have one of the most innovative, "green" industrial facilities in North America, thanks to a creative collaboration of cogen and wastewater technology.
