Ohio's Three Largest Utilities File 'security' Plans Under New Law, With Big Rate Hikes

Ohio's three largest electric companies wasted no time in filing three-year regulatory plans with state regulators late last week, with American Electric Power weighing in with a request to raise electric rates by a cumulative total of 52% over the next three years.
